Welcome to The Story Calendar. We are so glad you’re here!
My obsession with the 3-month calendar page began when my brother-in-law gifted me a large metal scrap from a worksite and framed it so I could make one giant calendar back in 2016. I drew out 3 months with a permanent marker and would rotate the months with a wet-erase pen. I loved being able to fill in a new month, meticulously color coded (husband is blue, I am red, shared activities are green) and see how our days, weeks and months were playing out.
I soon realized that being able to see 3 months at a time became a critical tool in my own life to making decisions about how I was spending my time and how our family was spending our collective time. Fast forward nearly a decade and add 2 kids, and I still rely on being able to physically step back, taking in where we’ve been, where we currently are, and where we are headed.

The Story Calendar can become a tool used in the practice of reflection, helping to answer questions such as:
What matters to me?
What has truly brought me joy?
Why was I feeling so stressed?
Where do I need to create margin?
Intentionally minimalistic, this calendar is simply structured to eliminate unused space and maximize your family’s wants and needs. There is nothing pre-filled out, allowing each individual and family to document what matters most to you.
The Story Calendar is not special on its own. It becomes a treasure when you decide how it might help you live your life with thoughtfulness and intentionality.
For when you take a step back and can see the life you are living, you can take your next steps to live the life you desire.
